Job description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on travel assistance and medical provider services. You will play a key role in designing user-centered experiences for provider portals, geotracking solutions, and operational platforms, collaborating closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives for complex digital products.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis.

  • Create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive experiences in Figma.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.

  • Promote accessibility and inclusive design standards.

  • Present design recommendations and influence product decisions based on user needs.

  • Contribute to iterative design improvements within Agile environments.

Project Scope

  • Enhancement of a Medical Provider Portal for Travel Services.

  • Geotracking solution for towing services (Truck Pilot).

  • Go&Assist provider mission management.

  • Document upload workflows.

  • Quotation handling and related user journeys.

Job requirements

Required Experience

  • 4 to 7+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.

  • Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to delivery.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.

Required Skills

  • Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.

  • Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
