We are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a Senior Active Directory & Infrastructure Engineer to join an international technology project focused on enterprise infrastructure, directory services and distributed systems across the EMEA region.

🔎 What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving enterprise directory services and distributed infrastructure, ensuring security, availability and operational continuity in a critical international environment.

You will work closely with global infrastructure, networking and security teams, supporting complex Active Directory environments and contributing to automation and service improvement.

🎯 What will you do?

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including migrations, multiple forests, trusts and domain consolidation.

• Administer DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS and Certificate Authorities.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues, providing L2/L3 technical support.

• Implement security improvements, patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure changes.

• Automate operational tasks through scripting and automation tools.

• Ensure service availability, monitoring and compliance with SLAs.

• Collaborate with international infrastructure, networking and security teams.

• Support directory services, remote access solutions and infrastructure evolution.

👉 To succeed in this role, it is important to have

• 5–8 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years working with Distributed Services / Active Directory.

• Strong experience in Active Directory administration, migration and consolidation.

• Experience managing complex AD environments with multiple forests and trusts.

• Solid knowledge of DNS (internal/external), DHCP, NPS and RADIUS.

• Experience with Certificate Authorities and certificate management.

• Knowledge of Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Experience with scripting and automation.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of infrastructure security.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

• Fluent English – mandatory.

Valued:

• Experience with VMware ESXi, RHEL and Cisco Switching.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.

• Experience with VPN gateways, Citrix and remote access solutions.

• Knowledge of Qualys, Skyhigh and vulnerability management.

• Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile or DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting and business continuity processes.

• Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat or Security certifications.
