UX Designer Senior

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an international team working on large-scale eCommerce and digital product initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer journeys, influence product decisions, and contribute to the evolution of global design standards across multiple markets.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.

• Contribute to the evolution of Design Systems and reusable UI patterns.

• Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive user-centered innovation.

• Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results to improve user experiences and business outcomes.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX/UI Design.

• Strong background designing customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital-first companies.

• Proven experience delivering scalable products and experiences used by large audiences.

• Advanced expertise in Figma.

• Strong UX and UI design capabilities.

• Experience with Design Systems and responsive/mobile-first design.

• Ability to demonstrate measurable impact on conversion, engagement, revenue, or digital adoption.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multi-country or global digital ecosystems.

• Knowledge of localization and international user experiences.

• Experience with analytics platforms, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing.

• Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience.
