We are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist to join an international technology project focused on CRM, Marketing Automation and Customer Experience.

🔎 What will be your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Business Analyst / Operations Specialist to provide functional and operational support across international business units.

You will work closely with the SFMC Product Owner, ensuring successful campaign execution, customer journey management, data quality and continuous platform improvement.

🎯 What will you do?

• Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Manage and support marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys and audience segmentation.

• Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions.

• Monitor campaign execution, investigate incidents and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Support data quality, audience management, targeting and consent processes.

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and user stories.

• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation and platform improvements.

• Perform UAT, regression testing and functional validation.

• Collaborate with international Business, Marketing and IT teams.

• Create user guides, operational documentation and training materials.

• Identify opportunities to improve SFMC processes, automation and campaign performance.

👉 To succeed in this role, it is important to have

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Consultant or Marketing Technology Specialist.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

• Advanced knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions.

• Experience managing marketing campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automation processes.

• Knowledge of audience segmentation, data quality and consent management.

• Good understanding of SQL and data analysis.

• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, testing and UAT.

• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent English and French – both mandatory.

Valued:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and CRM integrations.

• Knowledge of API, SFTP and SFMC data models.

• Experience with GDPR, consent management and email deliverability.

• Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.

• Experience with multichannel marketing (Push, WhatsApp, RCS).

• Experience in Insurance, Travel, Assistance or Financial Services.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• Spanish language skills.
