PM Security Lead

🚨 PM Security Lead🚨

For a major global Cyber Defense program, a PM Security Lead is being sought to drive and coordinate international cybersecurity initiatives focused on protecting web applications and digital assets.

This role will play a key part in onboarding multiple entities to a corporate Web Application Protection (WAF) solution, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and transition to Business as Usual (BAU).

🔹 Coordinate technical, business, product, and security teams across international environments.

🔹 Manage project planning, including timelines, resources, budget tracking, and delivery milestones.

🔹 Oversee administrative, contractual, and financial aspects related to each onboarding project.

🔹 Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure successful project execution.

🔹 Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.

🔹 Prepare executive reporting, project dashboards, and progress tracking updates.

🔹 Support stakeholder engagement and change management activities to facilitate solution adoption.

🔹 Ensure a smooth handover to operations teams at the end of the onboarding phase.

Required Profile

✅ 5+ years of experience managing IT Security or Cybersecurity projects.

✅ Proven experience leading security solution deployments or integrations within international organizations.

✅ Strong understanding of WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions and related web security technologies.

✅ Experience in project governance, risk management, financial tracking, and stakeholder management.

✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product-oriented organizations.

✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams and senior stakeholders.

✅ Advanced level of English (mandatory).
