👉 Project
We are seeking a DATA ARCHITECT LEAD to analyze and formalize data requirements across all data dimensions, including business definitions, data quality, data products, data governance, unstructured data management, data platforms, and architecture.

Contribute to defining data quality and readiness assessments to evaluate the maturity of Entities for AI adoption.
Collaborate with the Group Data Office and relevant teams on data architecture, data management, data & AI governance, and unstructured data frameworks (not exhaustive).
Support the development and refinement of data requirements for prioritized AI capabilities and participate in the construction of unstructured data frameworks.

👉What do we need from you?

• Proven expertise with at least 8 years in data modelling, data architecture (including data flows, APIs, and data platforms), data management (including data quality and unstructured data), and data compliance.

• Strong knowledge of data regulations and security standards.

• Familiarity with Data Product and Data Mesh concepts is desirable.

• Good understanding of AI, including Generative AI, is desirable.

• Experience with Insurance Data Domains within the insurance value chain is desirable.

• Knowledge of the Acord Reference Architecture is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to understand strategic and operational data usages.

• Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and capacity to work independently within a complex environment.

• Ability to conceptualize the overall data landscape while managing detailed aspects as needed.

• Organizational skills, structured approach, rigor in execution, and strong prioritization abilities.

• Familiarity or experience with the insurance value chain is advantageous.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
